We have Microsoft Certified Trainers with Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with Internet, Microsoft Certified Systems Developer, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator and Microsoft Product Specialist qualifications.

Customised Training
We develop courses in NT, Windows 2000, SQL Server and Exchange Server for customers. We do not attempt to replicate the standard courseware from Microsoft or other providers; instead, we either concentrate on specific areas of the software or on integrating one type of software with another.
Customised courseware is only economic if you have a large enough student population to offset the higher costs. We normally devote 8-10 mandays for each deliverable training day.
Some of the courseware we are currently designing includes:
- Integrating Exchange server messaging with VB and SQL Server
- Using and maintaining SQL Server stored procedures
- Upgrading from Access 2/97/2000/XP with SQL Server
Existing courseware and training
We have available a specialised course in Windows Server technologies aimed at people who do not come from an IT background. This course lasts five days in a classroom environment and has a high hands-on labs content
Experience with this course as it has followed the various upgrades to W2003 has shown it to be highly effective in helping new users become effective, practical Windows Server administrators.
